How do I book my first session?
Become a part of ILENG’s dynamic community and share your expertise with learners across Morocco. We offer flexible teaching hours, competitive compensation, and full support to help you grow your teaching career—online or in-person.
Can I change my schedule later?
Yes. You can adjust or reschedule any session up to 12 hours before it begins through your student dashboard or by contacting us on WhatsApp.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. If you’re not satisfied after your first two weeks of lessons, we’ll either adjust your program or refund the remaining balance—no questions asked.
What happens if I miss a session?
If you cancel more than 12 hours in advance, you can reschedule at no extra cost. Cancellations within 12 hours will count as a used session, but you can purchase a makeup lesson at a discounted rate.
Are course materials included?
Yes. All PDF worksheets, audio files, and supplementary videos are provided free of charge. You’ll also have unlimited access to our online resource library throughout your subscription.
Do I need to pass a placement test before starting?
We do a quick, informal level check during your first session to ensure you’re placed in the right program. No separate test is required—just log in, introduce yourself, and our teacher will assess your level.
How do I contact support if I need help?
