All course fees, subscriptions, and add-on service charges are due upfront and non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We accept payment in MAD via credit card, bank transfer, CashPlus, or WafaCash.

You agree to use the Site and services for lawful, personal or business learning purposes only. Any abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Casablanca.
